1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Aeolo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Aeolo provides a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform that helps businesses analyze and optimize their visibility in AI search engines, including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and others.

2. Description of Service

Aeolo offers:

  • AI visibility tracking across major AI search engines
  • Competitive intelligence and share of voice analysis
  • AI-powered content recommendations and generation
  • Integration with Google Search Console and Analytics

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

  • Analyze domains you do not own or have authorization to analyze
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service (except approved APIs)
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Property

The Service, including its algorithms, software, design, graphics, and documentation, is owned by Aeolo and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Service. Analysis results generated based on your data belong to you. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

6. Payment and Billing

6.1 Subscription

Paid features require a subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan.

6.2 Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued.

6.3 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period.

7. Termination

7.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

7.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Fail to pay applicable fees
  • Abuse the Service or other users

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Analysis results will be accurate or complete
  • Using the Service will improve your AI search visibility
  • AI-generated content will achieve specific results

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AEOLO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aeolo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, USA.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

11.4 Regional Exceptions

If you are located in the EU, you may have additional rights under GDPR that supersede certain provisions. California residents retain rights under CCPA regardless of this arbitration provision.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aeolo.
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive future enforcement.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights to an affiliate or successor.
