Data Deletion Request

You can request the deletion of your connected social channel tokens (Threads, LinkedIn, and similar platforms) and any associated data we store on your behalf. We offer two ways to do this.
Option 1 — In-app (recommended)
Disconnecting a channel from the dashboard revokes the OAuth tokens with the provider and marks the associated records for deletion.
- Sign in to your Aeolo dashboard.
- Go to Settings → Integrations (or Pipeline → Deploy for social channels).
- Click Disconnect on the channel you want to remove. Tokens are revoked immediately and data is purged within 30 days.
Option 2 — Email request
If you cannot access your account, send us an email and we will process the request manually.

30-day SLA
We complete deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
- OAuth access and refresh tokens for the disconnected channel
- Channel records (platform user id, username, profile metadata)
- Published post metadata cached in our database (post ids, captions, scheduled-at timestamps)
What we retain
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot be tied back to you
- Transaction and invoice records required for tax and legal retention (typically 7 years)
